Paws Up^® is happy to offer an exciting customer program for registered customers.

About The Customer Loyalty Program

You are automatically enrolled the in the Loyalty Points program when you register through the Paws Up^® site.  When you sign up you are given 50 points (equal to $5.00) and current customers will receive these points as well. 

For every $1 spent online you will receive 1 point.  Every 1 point is equal to $0.10.

Below is an example of how the program would work. 

So basically 10% of the cost of your order is being saved to be used as a discount on future online orders.  

You can use your points at anytime you like and can redeem points up to half the cost of your order (example:  your order is $30.43 before tax and you have 600 points.  You can only redeem 152 points max for that order and the order will then cost you $15.23)

You will see your point balance during the check out process and can redeem your points then.

You can only accumulate points when you make online orders only. 

Any returns/refunds from online orders will result in point loss for the value of the item returned (example: if the item you return is $23.65, you will lose 23 points from your account).
